Evidence used
- No CISA KEV confirmation is currently recorded.
- The selected CVSS metric records a network-reachable, unauthenticated path with no user interaction.
- EPSS is 0.74% for the current model date.

High technical severity; prioritise exposed affected systems while verifying vendor guidance.
These OSV and GitHub advisory ranges apply only to the named package and ecosystem. A listed fixed version is not a universal product patch or proof that an update is installed.

Fix not verifiedNuxt is an open-source web development framework for Vue.js. From 3.1.0 until 3.21.10 and 4.5.1, the internal island renderer endpoint `/__nuxt_island/...` decodes and hashes attacker-controlled JSON body input with destr and ohash before validating the URL-resident hash. An unauthenticated `POST /__nuxt_island/_.json` with a large JSON body is fully read, parsed, hashed, and then rejected, which wastes CPU on Nitro single event loop and delays concurrent requests. No valid hash and no authentication are required. This issue is fixed in 3.21.10 and 4.5.1.

An algorithm in a product has an inefficient worst-case computational complexity that may be detrimental to system performance and can be triggered by an attacker, typically using crafted manipulations that ensure that the worst case is being reached.
An attacker operating through a network path may attempt exploitation without authentication or user interaction. If successful, the issue may cause the confidentiality, integrity or availability impact described by the vendor.

CVSS severity, EPSS forecast probability, public exploit material and CISA-confirmed exploitation are separate signals.
No CISA KEV match was present at the last successful refresh. This means no confirmation from that source, not proof of no exploitation.
No exploit-tagged reference or CISA SSVC proof-of-concept state is currently recorded. Research may still exist outside the structured feeds.
CWE-407: Inefficient Algorithmic Complexity. An algorithm in a product has an inefficient worst-case computational complexity that may be detrimental to system performance and can be triggered by an attacker, typically using crafted manipulations that ensure that the worst case is being reached.
