Evidence used
- No CISA KEV confirmation is currently recorded.
- A structured source references public exploit or proof-of-concept material.
- EPSS is 0.46% for the current model date.

Patch availableRuoYi-Vue-Plus through 5.6.2, fixed in commit 88d03d9, exposes workflow task management endpoints under /workflow/task (FlwTaskController) without any permission check: the controller declares no class-level or method-level authorization annotation, so the endpoints are gated only by global authentication. Any authenticated user, regardless of assigned role, can therefore reassign workflow approval tasks to arbitrary users via updateAssignee (defeating segregation of duties in the approval process), urge arbitrary tasks, and enumerate all pending and finished tasks via the pageByAllTaskWait and pageByAllTaskFinish listing endpoints. The issue was resolved by adding permission identifiers (SaCheckPermission) to these endpoints.

The application reaches a protected operation without first confirming that the requester is authorised.
An attacker operating through a network path may attempt exploitation with low privileges. If successful, the issue may cause the confidentiality, integrity or availability impact described by the vendor.

CVSS severity, EPSS forecast probability, public exploit material and CISA-confirmed exploitation are separate signals.
No CISA KEV match was present at the last successful refresh. This means no confirmation from that source, not proof of no exploitation.
CISA Vulnrichment records proof-of-concept exploitation in its SSVC data. BlackTree has not independently executed or validated exploit material.
CWE-862: Missing Authorization. The product does not perform an authorization check when an actor attempts to access a resource or perform an action.
