Medium technical severity with no CISA KEV confirmation; remediate through the normal risk-based patch cycle unless local exposure raises the priority.
Structured product status and remediation from the issuing vendor. Product-state explanations are always visible; large lists can be searched or downloaded.
The vendor explicitly identifies these products as affected by this CVE.

Patch availableA flaw was found in rubygem-katello. The RegistryProxiesController in Katello contains an authorization bypass vulnerability due to an execution fall-through in the registry_authorize filter. While the application identifies unauthorized requests and triggers an error response via the unauthorized method, it fails to halt the execution of the current code path (missing return statement). This failure in the control flow allows the application to proceed into subsequent business logic and database validation filters. Consequently, the application reveals its internal state through differential responses, allowing an unprivileged attacker to enumerate valid Users, Organizations, and Products across the entire instance.

The product behaves differently or sends different responses under different circumstances in a way that is observable to an unauthorized actor.
An attacker operating through a network path may attempt exploitation with low privileges. If successful, the issue may cause the confidentiality, integrity or availability impact described by the vendor.

CVSS severity, EPSS forecast probability, public exploit material and CISA-confirmed exploitation are separate signals.
No CISA KEV match was present at the last successful refresh. This means no confirmation from that source, not proof of no exploitation.
No exploit-tagged reference or CISA SSVC proof-of-concept state is currently recorded. Research may still exist outside the structured feeds.
CWE-203: Observable Discrepancy. The product behaves differently or sends different responses under different circumstances in a way that is observable to an unauthorized actor.
