Fix not verifiedCotonti 1.0.0 (master branch, commit f43f1fc3) is vulnerable to stored Cross-Site Scripting in the Personal File Storage (PFS) module. A folder title (pff_title) is imported with the 'TXT' filter, which does not strip or encode HTML (the tag check in cot_import is disabled), so an authenticated user can store HTML/JavaScript in a folder title.
Cotonti 1.0.0 (master branch, commit f43f1fc3) is vulnerable to stored Cross-Site Scripting in the Personal File Storage (PFS) module. A folder title (pff_title) is imported with the 'TXT' filter, which does not strip or encode HTML (the tag check in cot_import is disabled), so an authenticated user can store HTML/JavaScript in a folder title.
Attacker-controlled content can reach a browser as executable script without sufficient output encoding or sanitisation.
An attacker operating through a network path may attempt exploitation with low privileges. If successful, the issue may cause the confidentiality, integrity or availability impact described by the vendor.

CVSS severity, EPSS forecast probability, public exploit material and CISA-confirmed exploitation are separate signals.
No CISA KEV match was present at the last successful refresh. This means no confirmation from that source, not proof of no exploitation.
No exploit-tagged reference or CISA SSVC proof-of-concept state is currently recorded. Research may still exist outside the structured feeds.
