High technical severity; prioritise exposed affected systems while verifying vendor guidance.
Debian, ubuntu findings are scoped to the named distribution, release and source package. An absent finding does not mean a package is unaffected.
A published vendor fix does not prove that a matching update is enabled and installable on a particular asset. Confirm the local package candidate before scheduling remediation.

Patch availableAngular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages. Prior to 22.0.1, 21.2.17, and 20.3.25, an information disclosure vulnerability exists in the @angular/service-worker package of the Angular framework. When the Service Worker fetches assets, it preserves metadata (such as headers) from the original request. However, on cross-origin redirects, the Service Worker fails to strip sensitive headers, violating the Fetch redirect algorithm. This allows a remote attacker to obtain sensitive credentials (e.g., Authorization tokens, Proxy-Authorization credentials, or session cookies) by triggering a cross-origin redirect to an untrusted external origin. This vulnerability is fixed in 22.0.1, 21.2.17, and 20.3.25.

The product exposes sensitive information to an actor that is not explicitly authorized to have access to that information.
An attacker operating through a network path may attempt exploitation when the stated preconditions are met. If successful, the issue may obtain information outside the intended access boundary.

CVSS severity, EPSS forecast probability, public exploit material and CISA-confirmed exploitation are separate signals.
No CISA KEV match was present at the last successful refresh. This means no confirmation from that source, not proof of no exploitation.
No exploit-tagged reference or CISA SSVC proof-of-concept state is currently recorded. Research may still exist outside the structured feeds.
