Fix not verifiedDevGuard provides vulnerability management for the full software supply chain. Prior to 1.2.2, the SessionMiddleware accepts a client-supplied X-Admin-Token HTTP request header and uses its raw string value as the authenticated userID when no Kratos session cookie is present. An unauthenticated attacker who knows or can guess a target user's Kratos identity UUID can issue requests as that user. Where the target user is an organisation admin or owner, this gives the attacker full control over that organisation's DevGuard resources. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.2.2.

The product requires authentication, but the product has an alternate path or channel that does not require authentication.
An attacker operating through a network path may attempt exploitation without authentication or user interaction. If successful, the issue may cause the confidentiality, integrity or availability impact described by the vendor.

CVSS severity, EPSS forecast probability, public exploit material and CISA-confirmed exploitation are separate signals.
No CISA KEV match was present at the last successful refresh. This means no confirmation from that source, not proof of no exploitation.
No exploit-tagged reference or CISA SSVC proof-of-concept state is currently recorded. Research may still exist outside the structured feeds.
CWE-288: Authentication Bypass Using an Alternate Path or Channel. The product requires authentication, but the product has an alternate path or channel that does not require authentication.
