Fix not verifiedPraisonAIAgents is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to 1.5.128, web_crawl's httpx fallback path passes user-supplied URLs directly to httpx.AsyncClient.get() with follow_redirects=True and no host validation. An LLM agent tricked into crawling an internal URL can reach cloud metadata endpoints (169.254.169.254), internal services, and localhost. The response content is returned to the agent and may appear in output visible to the attacker. This fallback is the default crawl path on a fresh PraisonAI installation (no Tavily key, no Crawl4AI installed). This vulnerability is fixed in 1.5.128.

The server follows an attacker-influenced destination, allowing requests to systems or services the attacker cannot reach directly.
An attacker operating through a network path may attempt exploitation when the stated preconditions are met. If successful, the issue may cause the confidentiality, integrity or availability impact described by the vendor.

CVSS severity, EPSS forecast probability, public exploit material and CISA-confirmed exploitation are separate signals.
No CISA KEV match was present at the last successful refresh. This means no confirmation from that source, not proof of no exploitation.
A structured CVE source labels at least one public reference as exploit material. BlackTree has not independently validated that it is safe, reliable or weaponised.
CWE-918: Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF). The web server receives a URL or similar request from an upstream component and retrieves the contents of this URL, but it does not sufficiently ensure that the request is being sent to the expected destination.
