Medium technical severity with public exploit material referenced by a structured source; prioritise exposed affected systems while verifying vendor guidance.
These OSV and GitHub advisory ranges apply only to the named package and ecosystem. A listed fixed version is not a universal product patch or proof that an update is installed.

Fix not verifiedPraisonAIAgents is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to 1.5.128, read_skill_file() in skill_tools.py allows reading arbitrary files from the filesystem by accepting an unrestricted skill_path parameter. Unlike file_tools.read_file which enforces workspace boundary confinement, and unlike run_skill_script which requires critical-level approval, read_skill_file has neither protection. An agent influenced by prompt injection can exfiltrate sensitive files without triggering any approval prompt. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.5.128.

The application reaches a protected operation without first confirming that the requester is authorised.
An attacker operating through local access may attempt exploitation without authentication or user interaction. If successful, the issue may cause the confidentiality, integrity or availability impact described by the vendor.

CVSS severity, EPSS forecast probability, public exploit material and CISA-confirmed exploitation are separate signals.
No CISA KEV match was present at the last successful refresh. This means no confirmation from that source, not proof of no exploitation.
A structured CVE source labels at least one public reference as exploit material. BlackTree has not independently validated that it is safe, reliable or weaponised.
CWE-862: Missing Authorization. The product does not perform an authorization check when an actor attempts to access a resource or perform an action.
