Evidence used
- No CISA KEV confirmation is currently recorded.
- The selected CVSS metric records a network-reachable, unauthenticated path with no user interaction.
- EPSS is 0.47% for the current model date.

Patch availableNest is a framework for building scalable Node.js server-side applications. In versions 11.1.15 and below, a NestJS application using @nestjs/platform-fastify GET middleware can be bypassed because Fastify automatically redirects HEAD requests to the corresponding GET handlers (if they exist). As a result: middleware will be completely skipped, the HTTP response won't include a body (since the response is truncated when redirecting a HEAD request to a GET handler), and the actual handler will still be executed. This issue is fixed in version 11.1.16.

The code contains a control flow path that does not reflect the algorithm that the path is intended to implement, leading to incorrect behavior any time this path is navigated.
An attacker operating through a network path may attempt exploitation without authentication or user interaction. If successful, the issue may cause the confidentiality, integrity or availability impact described by the vendor.

CVSS severity, EPSS forecast probability, public exploit material and CISA-confirmed exploitation are separate signals.
No CISA KEV match was present at the last successful refresh. This means no confirmation from that source, not proof of no exploitation.
No exploit-tagged reference or CISA SSVC proof-of-concept state is currently recorded. Research may still exist outside the structured feeds.
CWE-670: Always-Incorrect Control Flow Implementation. The code contains a control flow path that does not reflect the algorithm that the path is intended to implement, leading to incorrect behavior any time this path is navigated.
