Fix not verifiedPlane is an an open-source project management tool. Prior to version 1.2.3, the webhook URL validation in plane/app/serializers/webhook.py only checks ip.is_loopback, allowing attackers with workspace ADMIN role to create webhooks pointing to private/internal network addresses (10.x.x.x, 172.16.x.x, 192.168.x.x, 169.254.169.254, etc.). When webhook events fire, the server makes requests to these internal addresses and stores the response — enabling SSRF with full response read-back. This issue has been patched in version 1.2.3.

The server follows an attacker-influenced destination, allowing requests to systems or services the attacker cannot reach directly.
An attacker operating through a network path may attempt exploitation with low privileges. If successful, the issue may cause the confidentiality, integrity or availability impact described by the vendor.

CVSS severity, EPSS forecast probability, public exploit material and CISA-confirmed exploitation are separate signals.
No CISA KEV match was present at the last successful refresh. This means no confirmation from that source, not proof of no exploitation.
No exploit-tagged reference or CISA SSVC proof-of-concept state is currently recorded. Research may still exist outside the structured feeds.
CWE-918: Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF). The web server receives a URL or similar request from an upstream component and retrieves the contents of this URL, but it does not sufficiently ensure that the request is being sent to the expected destination.
