Evidence used
- No CISA KEV confirmation is currently recorded.
- A structured source references public exploit or proof-of-concept material.
- EPSS is 0.54% for the current model date.

Critical technical impact and a public exploit reference; no CISA KEV confirmation is currently recorded.
These OSV and GitHub advisory ranges apply only to the named package and ecosystem. A listed fixed version is not a universal product patch or proof that an update is installed.

Patch availableA vulnerability in MLflow versions <=3.10.1.dev0 allows unauthorized access to multipart upload (MPU) endpoints when the `--serve-artifacts` mode is enabled. The authorization logic does not enforce resource-level permission checks for `/mlflow-artifacts/mpu/*` endpoints, enabling attackers to overwrite artifacts belonging to other users. This can lead to unauthorized cross-user writes, model supply chain poisoning, and arbitrary code execution when compromised models are loaded. The issue is resolved in version 3.10.0.

The application reaches a protected operation without first confirming that the requester is authorised.
An attacker operating through a network path may attempt exploitation with low privileges. If successful, the issue may execute code or commands in the affected security context.

CVSS severity, EPSS forecast probability, public exploit material and CISA-confirmed exploitation are separate signals.
No CISA KEV match was present at the last successful refresh. This means no confirmation from that source, not proof of no exploitation.
A structured CVE source labels at least one public reference as exploit material. BlackTree has not independently validated that it is safe, reliable or weaponised.
CWE-862: Missing Authorization. The product does not perform an authorization check when an actor attempts to access a resource or perform an action.
