Patch availableCockpit CMS through version 2.14.0, patched in commit 72a83fc, contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the Set field type's Display template option, where the template string is processed by the $interpolate function using new Function() and rendered via Vue's v-html directive without sanitization. An attacker with content/:models/manage permission can inject arbitrary JavaScript into the Display template, which executes in the browser of any user viewing the collection items list.

Attacker-controlled content can reach a browser as executable script without sufficient output encoding or sanitisation.
An attacker operating through a network path may attempt exploitation with low privileges. If successful, the issue may cause the confidentiality, integrity or availability impact described by the vendor.

CVSS severity, EPSS forecast probability, public exploit material and CISA-confirmed exploitation are separate signals.
No CISA KEV match was present at the last successful refresh. This means no confirmation from that source, not proof of no exploitation.
No exploit-tagged reference or CISA SSVC proof-of-concept state is currently recorded. Research may still exist outside the structured feeds.
