A flaw was found in perl-XML-Bare. A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by providing specially crafted XML input with malformed attributes. This can cause the `parserc_parse` function to enter an infinite loop, leading to a Denial of Service (DoS) condition where the application becomes unresponsive.
