Medium technical severity with no CISA KEV confirmation; remediate through the normal risk-based patch cycle unless local exposure raises the priority.
These OSV and GitHub advisory ranges apply only to the named package and ecosystem. A listed fixed version is not a universal product patch or proof that an update is installed.

Fix not verifiedNuxt is an open-source web development framework for Vue.js. From 3.11.0 until 3.21.4 and 4.4.4, Nuxt compares route-rule keys with the raw request path while route resolution decodes dynamic and catch-all parameters, allowing a percent-encoded segment to resolve to a protected page without matching the routeRules entry intended for that path. As a result, appMiddleware can be skipped during server rendering and an unauthenticated requester can receive the gated page and its SSR data. The same mismatch affects app-manifest rules including redirect, appLayout, ssr, prerender, and payload flags derived from cache, isr, and swr. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.4.4 and 3.21.4.

Product A handles inputs or steps differently than Product B, which causes A to perform incorrect actions based on its perception of B's state.
An attacker operating through a network path may attempt exploitation without authentication or user interaction. If successful, the issue may cause the confidentiality, integrity or availability impact described by the vendor.

CVSS severity, EPSS forecast probability, public exploit material and CISA-confirmed exploitation are separate signals.
No CISA KEV match was present at the last successful refresh. This means no confirmation from that source, not proof of no exploitation.
No exploit-tagged reference or CISA SSVC proof-of-concept state is currently recorded. Research may still exist outside the structured feeds.
CWE-436: Interpretation Conflict. Product A handles inputs or steps differently than Product B, which causes A to perform incorrect actions based on its perception of B's state.
