Patch availableZitadel is an open source identity management platform. Versions 4.0.0-rc.1 through 4.6.2 are vulnerable to secure Direct Object Reference (IDOR) attacks through its V2Beta API, allowing authenticated users with specific administrator roles within one organization to access and modify data belonging to other organizations. Note that this vulnerability is limited to organization-level data (name, domains, metadata). No other related data (such as users, projects, applications, etc.) is affected. This issue is fixed in version 4.6.3.

The system's authorization functionality does not prevent one user from gaining access to another user's data or record by modifying the key value identifying the data.
An attacker operating through a network path may attempt exploitation with low privileges. If successful, the issue may cause the confidentiality, integrity or availability impact described by the vendor.

CVSS severity, EPSS forecast probability, public exploit material and CISA-confirmed exploitation are separate signals.
No CISA KEV match was present at the last successful refresh. This means no confirmation from that source, not proof of no exploitation.
No exploit-tagged reference or CISA SSVC proof-of-concept state is currently recorded. Research may still exist outside the structured feeds.
CWE-639: Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key. The system's authorization functionality does not prevent one user from gaining access to another user's data or record by modifying the key value identifying the data.
