Patch availableA flaw was found in the organization management component of Keycloak. A delegated administrator with permission to manage organizations can create an invitation for a non-existent email address and then retrieve the secret registration link directly through the application programming interface. By using this link, the administrator can create new user accounts and add them to the organization without having the required user management permissions or access to the invited email account. This allows an administrator to bypass security boundaries and add unauthorized members to an organization.

The product does not properly prevent sensitive system-level information from being accessed by unauthorized actors who do not have the same level of access to the underlying system as the product does.
An attacker operating through a network path may attempt exploitation with elevated privileges. If successful, the issue may cause the confidentiality, integrity or availability impact described by the vendor.

CVSS severity, EPSS forecast probability, public exploit material and CISA-confirmed exploitation are separate signals.
No CISA KEV match was present at the last successful refresh. This means no confirmation from that source, not proof of no exploitation.
No exploit-tagged reference or CISA SSVC proof-of-concept state is currently recorded. Research may still exist outside the structured feeds.
